Sarah Pearce

With over 15 years experience of working in the communication, marketing and sales arena for leisure trusts, leisure management contractors and local authorities; Sarah brings with her an energy, vitality and dedication that is hard to break and often infectious.  Sarah has experience of all aspects of operations, management and business development; whilst remembering the most important part of any business - the people.

Her career path has seen her take many guises, from receptionist to corporate strategist.  Her most recent position saw the marketing and communications function of the business grow, develop and reshape significantly; culminating in a number of changes, improvements and cost benefits.

Mother to a young son, her interests range from Formula One motorsport to personal development and chairing a board of Trustees for an After-School Club; whilst also playing football or rugby in the garden or creating spy camps with her always energetic son!  Family and friends are very important and play a crucial role in making her who she is.  When time allows she also indulges in exercise.

After 11 years, Sarah has moved back to where she grew up and is now based in the beautiful coastal town of Eastbourne - a much maligned and mis-underestimated place!
